Every Abyssal Relics case is custom printed to order, so we handle returns the way print-on-demand products require.
If your case arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order email. We'll arrange a free replacement or a refund.
Because items are made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or for ordering the wrong phone model. Please double-check your model and case style at checkout.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins. Once printing has started we cannot cancel.
